Arbeidsoppgaver

The tasks will vary based on your experience.

For candidates with pizzeria experience:
• Direct training to become assistant pizzaiolo or head pizzaiolo
• Preparation of pizza according to authentic Roman recipe
• Managing the pizza station during service
• Collaborating with the kitchen to ensure high quality and efficient service

For candidates without experience:
• Preparing the line before service (mise en place)
• Cleaning and organizing kitchen and pizzeria
• Support tasks in kitchen and pizzeria
• Gradual training with opportunity to grow into cook or pizzaiolo roles

Regardless of background, we expect you to follow our routines, learn quickly, work well in a team, and contribute positive energy to the workplace.
