About the Role:

As a key member of our commercial team in Bergen, Norway, you will:
• Manage global client relationships with ship owners and shipyards.
• Prepare technical system specifications and commercial quotations.
• Lead sales and project execution, including order and contract handling.
• Engage in technical discussions and commercial negotiations with customers worldwide.
• Travel extensively and experience diverse cultures while representing Framo internationally.

What You Bring:
• MSc or equivalent technical education.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills, service-minded attitude, and cultural awareness.
• Enthusiasm to contribute to a global, dynamic team.
