Role Purpose
The Solution Architect will act as a technical authority for Cyviz Core Technology (CCT) and Management & Monitoring (M&M) platforms, supporting partners across Europe. This role ensures successful design, deployment, and lifecycle management of Cyviz solutions, with a strong emphasis on network architecture and integration.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner Enablement & Support
• • Serve as the primary technical contact for European partners, providing guidance on solution design, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops on Cyviz technologies, including Easy Server, Easy Controller, and M&M capabilities.
• Solution Architecture
• • Design scalable, secure architectures for command-and-control and collaboration environments.
• Ensure compliance with Cyviz standards for security, encryption, and interoperability with third-party systems (Cisco, MS Teams, KVM matrices).
• Management & Monitoring (M&M)
• • Implement and optimise remote monitoring, proactive maintenance, and analytics workflows.
• Define operational processes for configuration backup, recovery, and lifecycle management.
• Network Architecture
• • Design robust AVoIP network topologies, routing matrices, and segregation strategies for mission-critical environments.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Cyviz solutions into enterprise networks, ensuring performance and security.
• Technical Leadership
• • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to partners.
• Contribute to documentation, best practices, and solution templates for partner use.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in designing and deploying enterprise collaboration or command-and-control solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking, VLANs, QoS, multicast, and security protocols.
• Familiarity with AVoIP technologies and video processing hardware/software.
• Hands-on experience with system integration, remote monitoring tools, and network management platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for partner engagement and training.
• Ability to travel across Europe as required.
Preferred Experience
• Exposure to Cyviz Easy Platform or similar technologies.
• Understanding of compliance standards (e.g., VESA, encryption requirements).
• Experience in mission-critical environments (defence, energy, or large-scale corporate spaces).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Successful partner onboarding and enablement.
• Timely delivery of solution designs and technical support.
• High partner satisfaction scores.
• Reduction in support escalations through proactive training and documentation.
