About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and well-organised Marketing Specialist to support marketing activity across the Zurhaar Industries companies in the Nordics, including O.B.Wiik, Rubbhall, Hallmaker, and Plamek.

This is a hands-on role focused on coordination and execution. You’ll help deliver campaigns, manage local content, and ensure consistent brand communication across all Nordic markets. Working closely with the Zurhaar Marketing Department (ZMD) in the UK, you’ll be the key link between the central team, local OPCOs, and external partners, helping to ensure marketing activity runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Coordination

- Coordinate and implement marketing activity across all Nordic OPCOs, under the direction of ZMD.
• Support the rollout of group-wide campaigns and adapt content for local markets and audiences.
-Plan and schedule marketing actions across channels and OPCOs, ensuring deadlines are met.

Content & Communication

- Gather local stories, photos, and videos for use in campaigns, case studies, and social media.
• Write and adapt copy for social media posts, case studies, news updates, and marketing materials.
• Manage translation, localisation, and publishing of materials for Norwegian, Swedish, and Danish audiences.
• Produce yourself or brief and coordinate approved freelancers and content partners for photography and video capture.

Digital Marketing Support

- Execute web and social media updates in collaboration with ZMD and freelance specialists.
• Schedule and manage social media content calendars across regional channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) using tools such as Hootsuite.
• Coordinate SEO and PPC execution with external partners to align with ZMD’s strategy.
• Research and execute SEO activities independently for smaller-scale projects where external support isn’t required.

Reporting & Performance

- Compile and submit monthly reports on website performance, SEO, PPC, and social activity (Looker Studio).
• Monitor key KPIs and provide insights to help improve campaign efficiency and performance.

Collaboration

- Act as the day-to-day contact between ZMD and Nordic OPCOs for marketing operation.
• Support consistent branding, messaging, and creative standards across all companies.
• Help ensure that group-level strategy is executed effectively on a local level.

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years’ experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or communications.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian, with working knowledge of Danish and/or Swedish considered an asset.
• Experience with content management systems (Wordpress), email marketing tools (Mailchimp), and social media scheduling platforms (Hootsuite).
• Comfortable using analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Ability to work independently while managing input from multiple stakeholders.
