This role is based in Stavanger. The duration of this internship is 6 months.

What you will do
• Support our employer branding efforts across the organisation
• Get involved in HR projects that improve our culture and employee experience.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal events that make Vårgrønn a great place to work.
• Assist with HR systems and documentation, keeping things organised and compliant.

What we are looking for
• A student currently studying HR, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and ready to take initiative.
• Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English.
• Curious, proactive, and excited to learn about HR in a growing company.
