About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Discipline Lead to join our team and support project execution across all phases. This is a senior role requiring strong technical expertise and leadership skills within large offshore projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze contracts and specifications; participate in technical discussions with clients
• Manage HVAC team tasks and deliverables; step in on individual tasks when needed
• Prepare Basis of Design, HVAC Philosophy, and System Description documents
• Develop schematic Air Flow Diagrams and D&ID drawings
• Select HVAC equipment based on capacity and suitability
• Provide input to the 3D model and follow up with suppliers
• Offer senior HVAC expertise from concept through construction, including participation in reviews
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 10 years of HVAC discipline experience on large offshore projects, preferably greenfield, from C-study to handover
• Proven team leadership experience
• Experience with HVDC/wind projects is an advantage
• Strong commitment to deadlines and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive mindset; willing to share knowledge
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with relevant offshore standards
