We’re looking for a Unity Developer to help us create world-class gamified learning experiences.
What you'll do:

You’ll join a cross-functional product team that blends technology, creativity, and purpose. Working closely with designers, artists, and other developers, you’ll build gamified simulations that don’t just look great — they teach, motivate, and drive real-world impact.

You’ll take ownership of one of our Unity-based products, guiding it from design to deployment and beyond. This isn’t a ticket factory role; you’ll have room to influence technical direction, shape architecture, and decide how we build the best possible learning experiences.

In this role, you will:
• Design, build, and optimize scalable Unity solutions that run smoothly across platforms (PC, Mac, iOS, Android).
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code that stands the test of time.
• Work closely with teammates across disciplines to prototype, test, and iterate quickly.
• Solve complex challenges in areas like networking, performance tuning, and tooling.
• Contribute to long-term architectural decisions and continuous technical improvement.

You’ll be working on products used by hundreds of thousands of people worldwide, helping shape how organizations learn and grow through play.

Who you are:

You're an experienced Unity developer who takes pride in building things that are technically solid, efficient, and enjoyable to use. You think about both the big picture and the small details that make a product feel great.

You enjoy collaborating with designers, artists, and other developers, and you like sharing ideas just as much as learning from others. You care about clean architecture, good systems design, and making technology work smoothly for users.

We think you’ll bring most of the following:
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in game development, computer science, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience developing and shipping products in Unity (experience with Unreal or other engines is a plus)
• A solid understanding of software architecture, performance optimization, and cross-platform development
• Hands-on experience in one or more of the following: UI systems, networking, rendering, or gameplay architecture
• A pragmatic, collaborative mindset with an eye for quality and delivery
